Tôi chưa từng tới đâu có phòng bẩn, hôi, tồi tàn như vậy. Nhận phòng T2 tệ quá chúng tôi up lên tầng khác với gia cao hơn nhưng chất lượng vẫn tệ nvay. Phòng vs ko có thông khí và cửa sổ. Phòng ko có móc phơi đồ. Ncl chất lượng kém. Nhân viên thờ ơ vs KH. Điều hoà ko điều chỉnh, ko tắt đc. Tủ lạnh ko lau rửa, mốc meo và ko mát.

Lần đầu tiên tôi và đoàn đến Hải Hòa và lựa chọn của chúng tôi đặt khách sạn gần biển. Sau tham khảo cũng như tư vấn khách sạn đặt cho đoàn tại Xanh Hà ACB, từ khi đến nhận phòng tôi đã có phản hồi phòng rất bẩn, hôi, mùi chua. Khăn tắm thì ẩm mốc phòng cũ kỹ không sứng đáng với giá thành chúng tôi trả. Nhân viên thiếu chuyên nghiệp khi tiếp nhận thông tin của khách hàng. Sau này có quay lại sẽ không bao giờ chọn khách sạn này nữa.
