好評:少數的上海酒店是含有1張大床(1.8米寬)和1張單人床(1.3米寬)在一個房間。酒店旁邊有新閘路地鐵站。酒店旁邊有7-11,酒店可以加錢吃早餐,也免費配送深夜粥水 8pm-9.30pm。房內的窗口是可以打開通風的!廁所有自動洗屁股和烘乾的功能,房間有智能裝備,包括自動開關的窗簾和小度智能音箱。
差評:廁所的中央排污系統不好,一開廁所門就嗅到強烈的糞便氣味。沖涼房沒有掛衣服/毛巾的地方,所以你需要脱光衣服才走進去,不然就是喊外頭的家人拿毛巾給你。衣櫥有潮濕的味道。房裡使用中央冷氣系統,無法調節温度。房裡的電話沒辦法使用來撥給前台,需要用微信聯繫前台客服。房裡的電話是給機器人送**外賣到你房門前的時候打電話叫你開門用的。酒店的早餐選擇很少,而且吃完了不會繼續添加。退房當天還沒中午12點,酒店門卡就被系統自動鎖上,所以需要前台幫忙解鎖才可以刷卡電梯回到房間。其中一間的家庭房用了煮水器燒水,結果房間跳電,需要摸黑去前台求救。從電梯出來步行去房間的走廊,地上的毛毯太厚實,行李箱的輪子很難推得動。酒店目前正在進行裝修施工,所以早上8點就開始聽到施工噪音了。原本訂的2間家庭房,前台衹能給到一間家庭房,然後説服我升級另外一間家庭房去1間蘇河景觀標準房(2張1.35米雙人床)Standard Room with View和1間晶選智能大床房(1張1.8米大床)Smart Room Double Bed。我個人住了這樣的安排一晚後就要求換回原本的1間家庭房,因為兩夫妻分開兩個房,帶小孩,拿物品什麼都非常不方便。還有我個人的不良遭遇就免提了。
Positive Review:
One of the few hotels in Shanghai that offers a room with one king bed (1.8m wide) and **one single bed (1.3m wide). The hotel is conveniently located next to Xinzha Road Metro Station. There’s a 7-Eleven next to the hotel. Breakfast is available for an additional fee, and they also provide free late-night porridge delivery from 8:00pm to 9:30pm. The windows in the room can be opened for ventilation! The bathroom is equipped with a bidet and drying function, and the room has smart features, including automatic curtains and a Xiaodu smart speaker.
Negative Review:
The central sewage system in the bathroom is poor—there’s a strong smell of feces when opening the bathroom door. The shower has no place to hang clothes or towels, so you either enter naked or ask a family member to pass you a towel from outside. The closet smells damp. The room uses central air conditioning, and the temperature cannot be adjusted. The room phone doesn’t work for calling the front desk—you have to contact them via WeChat. The phone is only used when the robot delivering ******* orders calls to tell you to open the door. The breakfast has very few options, and they don’t refill the food once it runs out. On the day of checkout, the room keycard stopped working before 12pm, so we had to ask the front desk to reactivate it just to use the elevator to get back to the room.
In one of the family rooms, we used the kettle to boil water, which caused a power outage, and we had to go to the front desk in the dark to ask for help. The carpet in the hallway from the elevator to the room is too thick, making it very hard to roll luggage. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so construction noise starts at 8am. We originally booked two family rooms, but the front desk only provided one and persuaded us to upgrade the other to a Standard Room with View (two 1.35m double beds) and a Smart Room Double Bed (one 1.8m bed). After staying one night under this arrangement, I requested to switch back to the original family room because my spouse and I were separated into two rooms, which was very inconvenient since we were traveling with a child and needed to share items.
