酒店比較老舊了，設施和衞生都不太好，地毯看起來不乾淨。
第一個房間入住時發現馬桶圈上有不少尿漬沒清理。 更換房間後，新的房間內洗手間有很重尿騷味，可能是下水道反味。於是又換房間。
最後晚上睡覺前發現床單底下有頭髮未清理乾淨。晚上實在懶得再説了就這樣了。
整個過程前台有在認真協助換房間，但是還是浪費了不少時間。
所有一次性用品都是有包裝包着的，確實是花了點心思，要是能把那流蘇的毛巾換新就好了。
實際情況就是以上這些，旅行過程中遇到酒店問題真的非常影響心情。
前台都是很努力的贈送客人小餅乾想要五星好評，但是介意設施的就不要選擇這家了。

酒店位置非常近延安三路站，門口打車也方便，房間標準尺寸，由於算是老酒店，雖然維修得不錯，但要視乎每間房的情況，今次住的那間房花灑水力充足強勁，洗澡淋浴十分爽，但是廁所抽氣很差，幾乎感覺不到有抽氣。房間整潔，服務也不錯，離店時還送了小禮品。

酒店位置極佳，從青島火車站坐3號地鐵衹需5站直達，出A口步行幾十米便到。酒店近海，周邊景點多且方便到達，對面還有商城。酒店重視衞生標準，負責1103房間的服務員工作認真，待客熱情。餐廳的趙經理在我有需時不僅熱心推薦還主動為我預約醫師，十分暖心，令我們對酒店留下很好的印象，多謝。

挺好的，每次來青島住的都是這家酒店。位置便利，服務貼心，一次性用品都有統一消毒處理包裝，非常棒。唯一有點小缺陷就是電蚊香壞了，第一天晚上被蚊子咬了五六個大包，後面換了電蚊香就再沒蚊子了，整體非常棒，下次還住這家
