房間除了小其他都好，日本酒店房間都不大。不過1.4的床比預期要大一點，環境和服務都不錯，提供酒店睡衣，即使提示免打擾，每天還是會把新的毛巾放在房間門口並提供兩瓶水。酒店地理位置不錯，距離梅田站大阪站都很近，大概一公里左右，交通很方便，出門必看到hep five摩天輪。但是又不會很吵，離梅田商圈超級近，樓下就有711，周邊吃飯購物交通都很方便，週末價格偏貴，其他還行

ネストホテルには良いイメージがあって予約しましたが、梅田はまあまあ…かな。
立地も少しスーツケースあったりすると少し不便でした。
部屋もそこまででもなく、ビジネスホテルな感じでした

Very bad attitude they even charged us for a lost key card even though it is a plastic key card they charge 1000 yen where all the other hotels all over the world never charged me a penny whenever i loose a card or ask for a replacement card. Also nothing in the terms and conditions mention a fee for card replacement

第一晚入住發現有小昆蟲喺牆身、
跟住要換房都搞咗個幾兩個鐘
但係換咗嗰間房啲牆紙都係有跡嘅
入住嗰陣冇蒸餾水，但係第二日又比兩支我哋
仲有隔音比較差，可能我住得太近部𨋢
成日都有人講嘢

離梅田商圈十幾分鐘的路程， 很方便。 房間大小適合一個人住，空間足夠可以打開小行李箱， 大行李箱就不行了
