Oliver was so informative and kind telling us about his Gorilla experience which we are doing after this stay. He made us feel more comfortable and answered all our questions. Oliver also helped our group with anything we may need with the hotel. He found us before we left to ask if we needed anything. If you stay here, find Oliver!

Oliver is the best! We had a great time and all the food was great. Impeccable customer service, and Oliver took great care of us. Great gift shop, and overall campus. Can’t say enough good things about Oliver, his customer service and attentiveness was much appreciated.

Oliver was the best! So nice! He took time to show us all pictures of his gorilla trek and tell us about his experiences. Now we are looking forward to our trip even more! The hotel took great care of our entire group. I hope to come back and visit again soon. Thank you Oliver!!

Very hospitable people and very nice place ! Great place Very comfortable The team made the stay very enjoyable From reception , restaurant thanks a lot! Unfortunately could not have the time to visit the surrounding but for sure will come back!

Hospitality was wonderful! Front desk staff, restaurant staff and Oliver were so kind and thoughtful. The grounds are beautiful. I appreciated all the bottled water. Loved the gift shop with local artisans. Rooms were lovely and made the stay so comfortable.

Our hotel was wonderful! The staff was exceptional, very kind and always helpful. We enjoyed visiting the gift shop. So many local items were available and Oliver was very knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel overall was very clean and well maintained.

Everyone was friendly and overly accommodating! A beautiful facility with all the amenities, restaurant, bar, pool, tennis courts. A daily sweet treat left in the room by the staff. Everyone was engaging and warm, highly recommend!

It felt like I was in a movie set, and everything was wonderful! The staff is extremely friendly! The rooms were spacious and thr food was exceptional! I swam laps in thr pool and the water was sparkling, Everywhere we ventured on the hotel property, the staff was there to help with whatever we needed.
