The hotel has a good location and environment. It is within walking distance of Chinatown and West End theaters. However, the rooms are relatively old. The floor of the room I stayed in was bulging, and I was shocked when I stepped on it.

Great location. Good stuff. Good breakfast. But 9 floor a lot of people using only one small elevator. Other one was out of service. Always full. It takes half an hour for lift queue.

A wonderful stay to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Everything was wonderful from start to finish.A big shout out to Selim and his team for the beautiful decorations in the bedroom.. my husband was so pleased! Thank you for the complimentary upgrade to an Exec King Bed. Also staff in Madhu’s were ever so helpful. Excellent customer service from Neha and Amrit. A special thank you to Saka in front desk for his help too with the USB adapter!Hotel is in a superb location, rooms are big and spacious. Could do with a bit of updating though, which I believe they are in the process of doing. Overall, a fantastic stay and would highly recommend.
