We only stayed in Penang for two nights. Considering that we would be out and about every day, it would be OK to stay in a hotel with unique features and larger rooms. Finally, we chose this hotel. The hotel is conveniently located and the rooms are large for family trips.

The hotel environment and rooms are very good. We thought the mountain view room on the lower floor was too noisy, so we were moved to a higher floor. We were a family of three and they gave us an extra bed for free for three days. These services are very good. One point was deducted because every time we went out, the coffee capsules and tea bags were missed when we cleaned the room. We had to call and have them delivered to us again. I don't understand this.
