The owners and staff were all very friendly and it was a homely hotel where my family and I had a comfortable stay!
The view of the countryside from the pool was lovely, and being in a hotel set in the middle of rice fields allowed us to enjoy the natural surroundings!

Four Seasons Villa, Hoi An: Wir waren im Februar insgesamt eine Woche dort. Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits der Hauptstraße inmitten der Reisfeldern, super schön! Es ist schön ruhig, allerdings krähen morgens früh die Hähne der Nachbarschaft. Wir haben uns daran gewöhnt, immer noch besser als Verkehrslärm. Das Personal ist super freundlich und lieb. Man kann Ausflüge direkt im Hotel buchen. Das hat super geklappt. Wenn man möchte, kann man beim Personal Essen oder einen Roller bestellen. Das Frühstück bestellt man am Tag vorher. Es gibt einen Zettel mit der Auswahl, wo man alles ankreuzen kann, was man möchte. Man muss auch eine Uhrzeit angeben, wann man frühstücken möchte. Das ist erst etwas ungewohnt, wir haben uns aber schnell damit angefreundet.Das Essen wird frisch und liebevoll zubereitet. Wenn man etwas später kommt, macht es auch nichts. Das Zimmer ist groß, super sauber. Housekeeping gibt es auf Wunsch, allerdings gibt es jeden Tag ein Carepaket mit 2 Flaschen Wasser, frischen Handtüchern und Klopapier vor der Tür. Toll! Softdrinks und Wasser kann man günstig im Hotel kaufen. Der Pool ist sauber, natürlich schwimmt mal ein Blatt, aber alles wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Man wird auch sofort gefragt, ob man ein Handtuch möchte, wenn man schwimmt. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen!
