Good value hotel chosen for location to "beach" whilst not being too close to the party scene. Nice and quiet with some restaurants nearby. Beach was nothing special.

The boss can speak Chinese and can help book a car and tickets directly at the hotel entrance. The room is really nice, very clean and fragrant, but it is a bit far from the Halong Bay scenic area

Excellent hotel!! Absolutely recommended!! The lady and gentleman helped me with everything. The Halong Bay tour was better value than what was offered in Hanoi, and they even rented me a motorbike to tour the city. The room was very, very clean and comfortable! I congratulate them for their kindness and great service!! Everything was perfect!!
