Service: Very bad, extremely bad
The hotel needs to deduct a 300 euro security deposit when checking in. After inserting the card in the POS machine to complete the payment and check-in, 20 minutes later, three large deductions were received. (The hotel used the card information without my consent to steal three expenses)
I asked the staff to cancel the refund, but the staff refused to cancel the deduction because they did not authorize it.
Secondly, during the check-in process, the hotel staff was extremely casual, and it took about 40 minutes to check in (during which the staff and colleagues talked and laughed)
Finally, with the help of Ctrip staff, two of the refunds were completed the next night. In addition to the security deposit that needs to be deducted, the hotel still has 300 euros of excess deductions that have not been canceled.

This is a particularly bad hotel, nothing else. Staying there for two nights was a nightmare. The room type given to me by the front desk was near the elevator🛗, which was very noisy. It was not until 1am that it became quiet. Then, just when I was about to go to sleep, I heard the huge whirring wind outside the window and the sound of cars on the road🚘. I couldn't fall asleep all night. It was a nightmare. I originally booked this hotel for 7 days. I got up at 6 o'clock this morning to communicate with the front desk to adjust the room and check out, but it has not been resolved until now. Ctrip and the hotel have been saying that they are in communication but will not solve it.
